ok here's the deal...been riding my bike to work since may 11th..I've also been working out a few times a week for the last month too..
since it is Oct 1st, I decided to weigh myself and then keep up my routine for the month and weigh myself again on Nov 1st..I hope I make some progress..
my weight today at 12 noon was 282.2
