Well...I haven't been exercising for quite a few months (since Sept)..
I gotta get back at it!

Getting to an exercise routine isn't the hard part for me, the challenge is controlling what I eat...I love food, so much...I think about my favorite meals in the past and I tear up....

I am going to ease into a new routine using my rowing machine and a couple of Olympic lifts and full body exercises...
