Well...I haven't been exercising for quite a few months (since Sept)..
I gotta get back at it!

Getting to an exercise routine isn't the hard part for me, the challenge is controlling what I eat...I love food, so much...I think about my favorite meals in the past and I tear up....

I am going to ease into a new routine using my rowing machine and a couple of Olympic lifts and full body exercises...

Last Monday

Started working out with my youngest brother, he doesn't have a lot of experience working out in a gym...but he is eager to learn...working out with a partner helps me stay on the course...


I got to do something about my left knee though...still very sore...

and another thing!!!

I am going to weight myself every Monday as a means to keep track of my poor eating habits...

Weight tracking...back on...track?

So...for the last couple of years I have been working out at least three times a week and riding my bike to work at least 5 times a week... During this time I have seen increases in my over all fitness and strength...

but...

BUT

My weight has been fluctuating due to lay-offs due to my cataract surgery, a broken toe, my brothers eye surgery...and the fact I eat waAAAAaaaaay too much... I have to come up with an eating plan and a superior work-out program...I also have to hold myself accountable for the food I do eat...I have to start eating smarter and eat less...*sob*
